I'm currently a junior at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute
studying computer science and AI
I love to code, learn new things and play video games in my free
time
More About Me
I am deeply passionate about the potential of Artificial Intelligence on the world, and I am constantly learning new things about it. I am someone who isn't afraid to dream big and shoot for the stars, as I aspire to one day work at FAANG as a software engineer and leave a positive impact on the world.
Origin Story
I wrote my first line of code when I was 14 years old in a game development class in my sophomore year of high school. I actually hated it at first, and it was one of my least favorite classes ever. However, I later did a pre-college program for UCONN, where we had to do coding for data science with R, and it was then when I fell in love with coding, and that's why I chose to study computer science.
My Specialties
I mostly specialize in front-end development, as I love to use React, HTML, and CSS to create beautiful and responsive websites and additions to applications. However, I do have experience with developing full-stack applications with back-end tools like Node.js, Firebase, and MongoDB. I'm always open to getting out of my comfort zone and learning new things, like the new cutting-edge technologies in AI, and I'm always staying up to date with the latest trends in the tech industry.
My Personal Interests
In my free time, I like to play video games and watch anime.
In particular, I like to play JRPGs, as getting immersed in
other worlds and being able to control characters is something
that I find fun at the end of a long, hard day. My favorite
anime that I like to watch is One Piece, as I love its
world-building and character development.
I'm currently playing through Persona 5 Royal, but I'm not
playing it much right now due to schoolwork and other
commitments. However, if you have any tips for me, feel free
to hit me up via email, Instagram DM, etc.!
Future Plans
With 2 more years left of university, I am considering going
to grad school for computer science, as I love to study
programming and AI, so I am looking into research
opportunities for summer 2025. I'm also considering doing an
internship in that summer, preferably a paid one at a big
company, so I'm currently working on projects and grinding
Leetcode problems to set me up for that sort of situation.
If you'd like to reach out to me, possibly for a role, don't
hesitate! I check my email very frequently.
